Pros

SL team is good, you can have good collaboration with them and build friendship with them. The technologies use is good to learn

Cons

Management and HR also worst. They add policies as they wish when they need and remove policies as they wish. HR doesn't have any background of IT company work experience, agree for all the things bring by management, don't think about employee side. Worst work life balance, they take decides of our leaves.

Pros

After experiencing several challenging work environments, joining this company has been a positive change. The supportive and flexible team makes it a rewarding place to work, and employees are trusted to perform their roles without micromanagement, as long as they fulfill their responsibilities diligently. The team leads are approachable and accessible for guidance or support, fostering a culture of open communication. Additionally, the company offers a convenient work-from-home facility and provides a pegged salary. Overall, it’s an excellent workplace for those who value trust, flexibility, open collaboration, and a supportive team culture

Cons

Like any organization, there’s always room for improvement, but overall, the experience has been positive

Pros

No Pros to Speak Of – A Completely Negative Experience

Cons

The management is very bad; they don’t know how to communicate with employees and often give negative feedback without constructive criticism. While the team is generally good, the QA team lacks knowledge of new methodologies, making collaboration difficult and inefficient. The HR team is extremely disappointing, providing little support and showing a lack of professionalism. The product architecture is poorly designed, led by individuals who lack the necessary experience. Employee positions and roles are not well-suited, leading to confusion and a lack of growth opportunities. Specially the HR is not helping for employee, she always working for the management and if you want to get leaves or other HR related things she is not help to you. be carefull she always tell lies and protect your salary, ETF/EPF and your retention amount .
