      Freedom to perform, great leadership, solid investors, awesome team, amazing benefits, as much vacation as one wants

      Cons

      Risky due to being a startup, a bit of a travel from SF.

      Pros

      Ability to work on projects at a fast pace. I got to work on a wide range of things from prototyping, wire framing, visual design, & style guide.

      Cons

      The commute and hours could be a little long sometimes.
