CloudGo is a great company that thinks long-term. The focus of the leadership team isn't "how can we make an extra dollar" but "let's work hard to build something that people want to stay for."

It's a smaller sized company so you don't get all the bonus items like you would a a bit multi-national

Hires with fit and culture in mind first. Technical skills can be trained. Management communicates very well at all levels. Fun team to be around Growing

Not really a con, but growth requires change. If you are not used to that. Can be a con.
