Pros
Unlimited potential to grow your skills, work on cutting edge technology, and push yourself past your perceived (often false) limits. Wonderful co-workers - I have never once been made to feel foolish for asking even the stupidest of questions. Everyone is so helpful and they often bend over backwards to make sure you understand what's going on, and set you up for success moving forward. There is a huge pay it forward mentality here, that everyone wants everyone to succeed. I have had so much growth since joining that I do not even feel like the same person that joined the company, I absolutely love it here and would recommended it to anyone.
Cons
Health insurance is no longer free. Retirement is lacking New compensation model is meh so far, but we have only seen one iteration of it, so hopefully it will be better this coming review cycle. Team members are shuffled around to other teams which sometimes causes pain for the rest of the original team when we lose our top performers
