We are sorry to hear about your negative experience and would like to provide some clarification regarding the issues you mentioned. 1. At CloudFirst Technology, we believe in setting clear performance targets to drive individual and organizational success. While meeting targets is important, we also recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We strive to communicate performance expectations clearly and provide support to help employees achieve their targets. 2. in your case, each month's performance is documented & you never achieved your target till your last working date. 3. Whatever revenue was achieved was all renewal cases, given & supported by the organization to help you further. 4. Numerous trainings, Counselling, feedback shared but you never had the intent to do well. 5. You were under PIP as well. 6. Organization gave you numerous chances & almost 12 month's time to prove yourself. 7. You were fully paid each month. What else you expect from an organization further? This kind of post really is not appreciated where in the organization trusted you so much & gave you full salary for 12 months in spite of not being up to the mark, hoping the progress would be there post counselling sessions, training & numerous other measures taken to groom you further.
