Pros

1. You can work part-time. 2. You can work from home. 3. Best suited for university or college student to make passive income.

Cons

1. The pay is very low at $1.50 per hour, which amounts to Kes 24000 depending on the total hours worked in a month. 2. There are no benefits provided, such as leave days, medical coverage, bonuses, internet, work laptop or NSSF. 3. If you miss a workday, you will not be compensated for that day. 4. There is a lot of office politics, and opportunities for promotion are not equitable. 5. Management does not value cloud workers and team captains, even though they contribute significantly to the company's work. 6. There is a tendency for employees to feel overworked and underpaid. 7. Job security is lacking; contracts are signed monthly, and if the project you’re involved in has limited work, there is a high chance your hours may be reduced, leading to lower earnings at the end of the month. 8. There are NO TRANSFERABLE SKILLS that you will gain as a cloud worker or team captain. Consider looking for a different company to work for(trust me I worked there for some years).

Cons

There is a big gap between "low level" and "high level" employees, their salaries are really low for anyone working in their projects versus the qualifications they offer, as being bilingual
