In terms of compensation, it’s important for us to note that whilst we understand pay is important, we also believe this should be coupled with a full package of learning and development opportunities too. CloudFactory focuses on helping our core and the cloud team on three Cs- i.e. Character, Competency and Community. We have an extensive learning and serving programme for both our core and cloud team, giving people opportunities to upskill, grow and reach their full potential while they practice giving back to their communities.
