      Pros

      Well paid and interesting job. It gives exposure to wide range of technologies. Mixture of cloud and on prem solutions used by Citrix customers. Additionally this job allows to interact with product managers and engineering and have influence on the product. Full time work from home is a plus (but not for a new employees) Great and helpful colleagues.

      Cons

      Cost savings done by the CSG (layoffs and outsourcing) caused the amount of work per engineer tripled over last two years. This led to staff and customers' frustration. Terrible management.

      Competitive compensation for the Florida market. Generally good work-life balance. Strong performers have opportunities to be recognized and rewarded.

      PE-backed company with a strong focus on EBITDA and cost optimization. Lots of Layoffs from time to time Leadership prioritizes financial metrics, which has led to increased outsourcing to South Asia across multiple functions. There has also been noticeable attrition, with many experienced employees and key talent leaving, which can impact continuity, product quality, and customer experience. Company culture was decimated after laying off 60% of the company
