Lots of Layoffs from time to time Leadership prioritizes financial metrics, which has led to increased outsourcing to South Asia across multiple functions. There has also been noticeable attrition, with many experienced employees and key talent leaving, which can impact continuity, product quality, and customer experience. Company culture was decimated after laying off 60% of the company
