The management is very focused on seeming competent and spending lots of money on looks (instead of paying anywhere near market value or actually giving promised bonuses)
Cons
Probably not going to be relevant, as they can't hire American labor at the below subterranean prices they offer anymore and all teams are shopped overseas while the c suite takes constant vacations but
Just so everyone knows this company used to be called Data Systems International, go ahead and look them up and see their recent reviews. The management, and management practices have not changed. Only the name to attempt to rebrand their garbage product and garbage business practices.
Only thing they've stopped doing is spamming 5 star Glassdoor reviews that all agree the only problem is "too expensive parking," because it got too obvious and they kept having reviews deleted.
