-Lunchtime/breaktime entertainment available in certain offices. -Good social atmosphere. -"Fun fund" provided for colleague social use. -CEO has great ideas for the future. -Flexible working not taboo
Cons
-High staff turnover recently. -While no formal hierarchical structure, office boundaries feel like a class system in itself. -Inequal treatment of staff. -Abysmal communication despite quarterly town hall style meetings. -CEOs ideas don't translate into tangible goals for staff. -Opinions often unvalued. -Being Overworked can become a problem. The line between a fast paced work environment and astressful one is crossed at times.
