Pros
Excellent support and teamwork. Senior management accessible and open. Great pricing, programs, and underwriting. Does not seem like swimming upstream because everyone treats each other with respect and are working together to make everyone's job easier. Excellent disclosure and closing department. Manual underwriting is make sense. Compliance department is great to work with.
Cons
I have no complaints. Only complaint is with the mortgage industry in general which is over-regulated.
