Cons
I can't really say management is clueless because that would imply management would exist. There is simply no structure, no mission, no guidelines, no resources or accountability. There are only problems without resolutions, therefore there are a lot of discounts and price cuts distributed. You are worked to the bone with pipe dreams that are dangled in front of you and there is no compensation other than overtime, which you absolutely will work. There is no momentum. There are only fires to be put out on a regular basis. In fact, so much of your day is dedicated to putting out such fires, that you are to abandon your job task just to deal with the negative feedback, reviews or threats on false scheduling and confirmations made to our customers.
