      Pros

      The people were great, unfortunately most have been laid off. Salary was good.

      Cons

      The company has laid off nearly all of its development team and engineering Management, because it is no longer building any real products. Due to poor management, many of those laid off hadn't even worked there a full year. The company is running out of money and is likely dead in the water in 2019. If you want a job that lasts longer than 6 months and that involves building real enterprise software, stay far away.

      -Energetic Enviroment -Impactful meetings -Superb Training Program -Ascension from Distributor to Manager is reasonably achievable, and clearly laid out -where else can you make 80k in an entry level position?

      Cons

      None, but this job isn’t easy— it isn’t meant for everyone. There are long days and longer weeks. However, if you have the fortitude to stick it through, you have the opportunity to change your life here.

      Pros

      Great leadership and teamwork with an exciting product with huge market growth potential. No politics. Laser focus on serving and generating ROI for clients. In defense business, ROI can be translated to saving lives. Austin is a great city to work and live in.

      Cons

      Small business in a big business political world - especially in the defense sector. Even then impressive resume of past performance work.
