They are only about the money and will be quick to fire anyone who disagrees with their mission, and promote the incapable employees who stick around for a minimal wage. Nothing ever works. We were left to our own devices to either throw free things at every disgruntled guest, or flounder like an idiot in the midst of being ripped to pieces by an angry parent with a dissatisfied experience

The only pros would probably your coworkers. When I worked there I got along with all of the other front desk workers.

The resort is disgusting, complaints of bed bugs every morning the night before. The mattresses have holes in them destroyed guests backs. I worked night audit and the fire department had to come due to a gas leak in the waterpark, which resulted in it being shut down for a couple weeks. Once I was left as the only worker there overnight, no security, no cleaners, no managers, nothing. A robbery of a car happened that night. At last but not least, I did not get paid by the establishment until I had been working there for over a month.
