Pros
When joining in this family, I found that people there were all friendly, talented and hardworking. And I was inspired by all them to set up goals and work hard (very high work efficiency). My job there could be divided into three parts -- developing SKU classification algorithms, analyzing current error types and learning Azure Machine Learning Services for our model training. One of the most amazing things I found there was classifying SKUs in all kinds of photos where even it was hard for manual identification. With the cooperation work with different groups, the final results were really impressive. I was really glad to have the chance to do an intern there.

Cons
Just like other start-up companies, the pattern there was fast. It was a challenge to balance life and work. And sometimes we needed to sync with partners in China during the night time.
