I started at Cloaked as a consultant and joined full-time a few months later, which probably says everything on its own. The people here are genuinely impressive. Smart, collaborative, low ego, and very focused on building something meaningful. It’s a fast-moving environment and we have a real sense of ownership across the company. If you like solving hard problems, building from the ground up, and working alongside high-caliber people, it’s a really great place to be.

I can't think of many "cons" given the stage we're in. Things move quickly, priorities evolve often, and the pace is intense. That’s exciting for the right person, but it won’t be for everyone. If you prefer highly structured environments with slower change cycles, the startup pace here may take some adjustment.
