      Salary was on time when i was working not an issue, Flexible timing, Supporting senior.

      Cons

      Didn't appreciate hard or good working employee, They just too easily told you to resign from your job, I saw partiality.

      Pros

      Progressive working environment. Great place for women to work (even if you have to work for late hours) Your efforts get recognition and appreciation.

      Cons

      Rules can be a bit tight at times, but they are never out of context or purpose.
