Employees are unmotivated because leaders are useless - Customer Service Representative Clipper Employee Review

Employees of Clipper are unmotivated because we have a useless leadership here. We have to rely on each other because we can't rely on our supervisors. Some of them are rude and incompetent, but many of them are just awful and problematic. I don't think I can stay here any longer with this kind of leadership.
