Everything you can imagine. Employees (especially new sales people) are treated like second class citizens . Unreasonably high expectations are the norm. They overhire and expect a very small percentage to succeed. The rest are piped out or quit because of the working conditions. Micromanaged within an inch of your life . Constant negativity.
