      The Staff was great to work with. They went out of their way to help fellow employees. The environment was relaxed but focused.

      Cons

      The board members did not fully understand what the company was trying to do and pushed the management to do things before the company and product was ready.

      Pros

      The work at ClipCard was exciting, the platform was new and everyone and anyone could make an immediate impact to the final product

      Cons

      The company lagged a single goal or requirement that the product needed to have. Extreme changes were done at a rapid pace, trying to achieve too much too early perhaps.
