Pros

The only pro is that you get to work from home

Cons

The organization is a complete mess. Despite what they say, they don't care about their employees. This is shown by the ridiculously impossible metrics that they expect you to reach as well as the unattainable goals that they set for you. Also, your bonus is based on reaching the goals and metrics so you are set up to fail. There are virtually no benefits for employees in the US. They offer Medical, Dental, Vision and the "unlimited vacation time", but there are no additional fringe benefits or perks. The turnover at this company is ridiculous because they burn out their employees and Independent Contractors (all international employees are ICs). They give no respect to employees and also do not care about showing any appreciation for the hard work people done/have done. There are several people that I know who have ended up leaving Clipboard defeated and second guessing themselves and their abilities because they set unattainable "high standards", the mangers don't care, and the only people who advance are those who are close to the CEO and COO. If I could have given this negative stars I would have. Don't be surprised if Clipboard is on the news for all the wrong reasons in the future. There is more to a business than data and analytics and they really should start to acknowledge that.

Pros

You do get paid but sometimes it can take some time when there’s issues. The points they give you are a joke.

Cons

They keep wanting you to refer a friend to work for their company, but meanwhile they can’t even find you work in Pittsburgh so why would you refer a friend when they can’t even find you work themselves that you’re working for their company it’s a joke….
