      Structured approach to work Friendly work environment Massive scope of growth if you are up for it No delayed payments Very clear KPIs so it is easier to grow over time Good training to help set you up for success

      Cons

      If you are someone who doesn't thrive very well in very structured fast paced work environment, then this is not for you. They expect you to be very good at what you do, follow very clear instructions, be alert at all times, and continue delivering good week after week. If these don't seem like something you can do then you shouldn't go for this!

      Pros

      No obligation to any shifts and I can pick where I want to work and pay is always good and immediately after clocking out

      Cons

      No stability and cancellation is possible with every shift assigned

      Pros

      You do get paid but sometimes it can take some time when there’s issues. The points they give you are a joke.

      Cons

      They keep wanting you to refer a friend to work for their company, but meanwhile they can’t even find you work in Pittsburgh so why would you refer a friend when they can’t even find you work themselves that you’re working for their company it’s a joke….
