My experience is that it's a great team environment, people care about the work, and the leadership works hard to care for the employees

Maybe competitive with private sector, but hours are better and personal satisfaction is better

It appeared that the teaching staff and the school management did not support an environment that allowed students to change. A co-dependant, dysfunctional environment existed that required little investment in the lives of students.
