      Great company culture. Supportive team environment. It is great to work with like minded, highly skilled, motivated people. Perfect sized company where individuals can make a difference.

      Cons

      The same frustrations faced by those working in clinical trials, however we can deal with things quickly and efficiently.

      Many opportunities for advancement. Company interested in developing their employees. Privately owned and operated by internal management. Consistent growth in size and market share for 20 years.

      Cons

      Routine growing pains associated with a mid-sized company. Some systems and processes better fit to a smaller company, but significant investments and updates are under way.
