Pros
the hours are flexible and that is good but then sometimes its mad busy and youre on your own and then its dead. there is constantly new staff starting and leaving so I suppose that keeps it fresh. the people are sound.
Cons
there isnt much training, youre on your own a lot. you wont get much help in how to do research or any training like that to bring to another job. they seem to know that staff wont like it or settle in because there is no help or perks, so they just bring in new staff all the time to keep it going. they dont even aknowledge when you hand in notice or say goodbye or thanks. they run out of money often and we cant buy stationary.
