Great pay and benefits. Unlimited PTO. Rewarding work.
Cons
Worked with primarily foreign contractors in various time zones. Meant very little overlap in working hours, long turnaround for feedback from the team, and early morning start for meetings. They grew really fast and experienced some growing pains during the transition.
