Pros
Great opportunity to learn valuable skills that can be used in many other career paths. A lot of one on one attention which can be considered good or bad. Really great team of people to work with, very supportive. They really want you to be successful.
Cons
Work life balance really doesn't exist during the week. You are expected to stay in the office until at least 6pm and its awkward if you don't. You are also expected to make calls from home which can be exhausting considering you have already worked a full work day. Benefits and pay really aren't that great for the amount of time you are expected to dedicate to the job. There is a lot of opportunity to make good money but you have to be willing to make a lot of sacrifices. Just not the best fit for me and I wish someone had told me these things before I accepted the job.
