Most of the coworkers care about the business and want to see it succeed. So it is nice to have other people around you who energize you to work hard too.

This company wants you to work as if it is a corporation, while providing no benefits to employees (healthcare, time off, training, and many more benefits don’t exist). Also the worst communication between management and staff I have ever experienced.
