Pros

The people on the ground floor (the people actually doing the work) generally want to do good; both for the quality of the product and for their clients and fellow co-workers

Cons

Leadership is essentially a complete failure on many, many fronts. All the time I've worked there they could never figure it out. We went through 3-4 different leads (including an instance of 6 months with no leads at all - which, surprise, was the most productive time of all) and they ALL either bailed as soon as they possibly could, or they spoke truth to other leads pulling people in the wrong direction and were also (likely) wrongfully terminated. The ones that are left are complete sycophants only looking out for their own selfish interests, and could care less how the end product looks or performs. They extol virtues and values on their "about us" page but they rarely take their own advice. AVOID WORKING HERE AT ALL COSTS!

Pros

People are very smart, kind and a pleasure to work with. True collaborative environment where individuals are knowledgeable about what they do, and really care about the success of the students and their work.

Cons

I wasn’t there long enough for cons, however, at the time, the company wasn’t sure what direction it was trying to go in with new C suite individuals hoping in and out.
