Many good colleagues who care about the mission are trying their best despite the poor management, silos, outdated tooling and constant layoffs. Weak leadership: No strategic vision, but lots of talk and micromanagement.
 Multiple layoffs yet somehow the worst and most toxic people are protected. The work environment is full of fear and competition. Good people quit regularly. Cultural values like diversity are spoken of, but not practiced. Remote policy was changed to 60% on-site after this year's layoffs.
