      Pros

      Autonomy, big company, people were nice

      Cons

      Layoffs in 2023 were so poorly handled it made the company fall drastically in my eyes. The way they handled laying off those who moved countries for this job was literally devastating. People were forced out with precarious visa situations.

      Everyone is there to help you better yourself personally and professionally. I’ve learned a lot here and I can see myself working here for years to come. I am grateful I’ve been able to match up my expertise with an environmental approach.
