Pros
The people here are great and it’s obvious that the leaders care. They are really big on safety and the culture. The core values really describe how the company operates. There is more than enough work to go around for everyone. The CEO is very cool and he really cares about the people here. This is the best place I’ve ever worked!
Cons
It’s a fast growing company so the training has not been the best but it’s way better now. The new software has been a rough start but once you get used to it it’s great. I think it’s cool that the company builds its own software.
