      Purpose driven culture, great leadership, high growth, lots of autonomy and a flat structure. Great career opportunities, lots of new great benefits and perks. DEI focus is really good.

      Pros

      This was the first company I worked at where I truly enjoyed everyone on our 12-person marketing team. No drama- everyone was there to help and support each other.

      Cons

      When I started, they were a 25-person startup going through a merger and quickly grew into a 150-person company, experiencing many growing pains but overall in the right direction.
