      True environmental mission and ethos for investment. Good people and great atmosphere.

      Cons

      Lost focus in senior management. No longer independent. Purchased by a division of Bunge that was a failure.

      Executive do not micromanage. Very accommodating of new ideas and initiatives from junior employees. Excellent work-life balance

      Cons

      Executive management structure was too large -- organization was very top heavy. High expenditure as compared to other asset management firms of similar size.
