Pros

The office is in a GREAT location, a 5 minute drive from wonderful restaurants in downtown SONO. Unfortunately, the bosses do not allow you to leave for break and you must stay in the office and continue to work throughout your break.

Cons

The negative reviews are not from one single employee, as I have written one in the past and the others are from other former employees, who all agree this is the worst company to work for (who wouldn't). The convenient "good reviews" posted within hours of each other are most likely from the bosses (when you do nothing all day long I guess you have the time to post fake reviews). From my time there, no one was fired, they left on their own terms. This business hasn't grown AT ALL in years because there is no leadership from the bosses and people keep leaving due to abusive management.

Pros

Been working here for several years. It is a hectic environment because we are growing so quickly but it is never boring and very rewarding. The negative reviews are all from the same employee who didn't fit in and was subsequently let go. It's sad that she is still obsessed with the company and being fired. We wish her well.

Cons

The office isn't in a great location so not great places for lunch.

Pros

Flexibility with working from home.

Cons

I would give it zero stars if that were an option. The owners have no strategy. Do not know how to properly run a business let alone talk to their employees (lucky they still have employees). They constantly fly by the seat of their pants and literally told me they’ve been ‘winging it’ for over a decade (does that scare you? It should.). When I was hired, there was no proper hiring process (no paperwork to sign, no handbook, nothing), just an email. When I gave them my start date, they got upset and actually had the audacity to ask me to start working BEFORE my start date (on my own computer, with my own email!). They asked me to sign up for work accounts with my own email and I had to actually tell them I am not comfortable with that. The owners would come in for two hours but micromanage from home. Not only that, they made sure you had Teams on ‘Available’ (I got called out once when my status was ‘busy’). I was constantly told that it was unacceptable that I did not check my emails or call factories after hours or during the weekend (something I specifically said I WOULD NOT do when I interviewed). We ended up mutually parting ways just after one month. Felt very nice to walk away from the hot dumpster fire. Do NOT make the same mistake I made and keep scrolling if you see a job post from them.
