      Pros

      Fun activities, fun people, company has good reputation. Free snacks and excellent support for people who use the gym.

      Cons

      The experience doesn't match the hype. The values regarding people are for PR and don't match reality. There is no actual paid maternity leave- just the mandated FMLA- Clif Bar probably has the worst leave policy of any company in the Bay Area.

      Great mentorship and uniquely hospitable work environment.

      Cons

      Challenging transitionary time with its recent acquisition. I'm sure that the opportunities afforded by this acquisition have been exciting.
