If you are a high performer at Client Focus they in return invest in you and help you gain lots of new skills that you can put on resume. They are all working towards the same goals, so everyone is highly motivated to help each other. The managers work closely together to help make sure the floor is supported in the best way possible. This job supports a good work life balance, so you can be great at work but still have time to have a good life outside of work.

You have to make between 150-200 outbound calls which can be repetitive at times. There is no micromanaging so may not be the right fit for everyone.
