Pros
Friendly bosses. Approachable management. High morale due to friendly atmosphere. Small enough of a company that management actually gets to know you and your name. Better benefits than most similar companies.
Cons
There really are no cons to this company, other than it works mostly government contracts, so its clients tend to be difficult and at times ridiculous and unreasonable. High stress levels due to demanding clients. Still a great company to work for.
