Pros

Growing company CEO is good. Ordinary job

Cons

1) Arrogant managers in the IT department. Toxic work atmosphere. Most managers treat the employees very badly. 2) Disrespect and bullying the employees. H1-b or non us citizens are given promotions. US citizens are discriminated. 3) Promotions are not transparent. They will pick on you so they don't have to give any promotion. Promotions are not based on good performance. It is based on wine/dine with the manager & if you can speak to their native language.

Pros

CNSI is a company that is positioning itself for greatness through our innovation, people, and clients. 2020 has been a trying year for many companies: massive layoffs, maxed out time off for those whose health was affected by COVID-19, etc. Yet CNSI's senior leadership team rose to the occasion and put in place processes to not only address business continuity but to ensure that all employees who needed additional sick time were granted it. Many companies adopted robust work from home policies but as businesses began to reopen those organizations scaled-down the option to work remotely - but not us; we allowed anyone who had the desire to continue to work from home to do so. Our adoption of a flexible work from home policy not only enhanced our employee engagement but helped us to attract top talent. When unrest settled across the US and the world concerning the tragic and unjustified loss of life of people of color, our CEO (like so many others) spoke out against hate and inequity. It is easy to lead with words, but our CEO (who joined CNSI two years ago) led with action and immediately established policies, processes that reinforced a culture that cares about everyone independent of the things that have divided us as a country for far too long. CNSI is not perfect, but each day we are closing the gap in our journey to get there!

Cons

We need to adopt the same innovation and creativity internally as we do with our clients.
