Pros

Rate of pay is great, people you work with are amazing. The owners are nice and the benefits are wonderful. You have your own cubical and can decorate. All in all I LOVE my job but there are definitely things I would change.

Cons

The supervisors/senior reps don't seem to really care about anything other than what they have going on. Supervisor call? They can call back. 13 calls holding, yeah they wont log in. Its so frustrating being the only one that does anything. The fact that you can't have your phone with you is bologna and the dress code needs some work.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you enjoy the rate of pay and your co-workers! Oftentimes Supervisors and Senior Representatives are handling Client projects that have a deadline and must be completed first. We will make sure you have appropriate assistance on your team to handle incoming calls. **Update 11/1/17 Cell Phone Policy has been amended to allow cell phones in the employee lunchroom where patient information is not at risk. The dress code is pretty standard for offices, business casual. There are three days a week (Mon/Wed/Friday) that casual dress (jeans) are allowed so we hope you enjoy those days!

Pros

I have been at Client Financial Services for 2 years and I absolutely love it here! The atmosphere is always position and upbeat. Management is great and the owners of the company reward their staff well. It really shows how they value and appreciate us. I have friends who talk about how they hate their jobs and treated like a number instead of a human being. CFS is very involved in their community and gives back. Having a stable schedule with weekends off makes it easy to plan and do things. CFS is a great place to work! 5 stars across the board!

Cons

No issues or complaints. Happy!

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear about your satisfaction working here! The owners enjoy the events and giveaways as and will keep them going! We are thrilled with the amount of donations our staff has raised as well in monthly fundraisers for local people and organizations in need. We have such a great staff! We would love a chance to meet with your friends! We hold open interview days about once a month where candidates can come in, meet our Supervisors, and check out our operation. The information is posted to our company website and Facebook. We also have a great employee referral program that pays out to you twice if your referral is hired! With new clients coming on board, there are many opportunities for growth and advancement.
