When hired you are told that you will support 6 - 8 hotels however the revolving door of constant turnover makes it so your assignments can go up to 11 or 12. You are told it is unlimited PTO, however the assignments make it impossible to even take off the "Paid Holiday's." No actual culture with this company at all just always having your teams app open for constant dinging that may or may not be helpful, 2024 yearly required retreat happened to be the owner's birthday week so no retreat more like a party for her. False promises to owners that you attempt to build relationships with. Once you give notice if you are allowed to complete it you are forgotten about, no direction, just here put your notes in so the next person can try to figure it out and a label to ship your company equipment back at the end of the last day unless you are a favorite of the owner and then everyone says goodbye to you on the mandatory on camera call on Friday.
