Pros
As an engineer, I cant imagine a better place to work. The culture and community of clicktripz felt like having a remote family. Working each day was enjoyable. The management was always understanding of flexible schedules. I could list hundreds of reasons why this was an incredible company.
Cons
For each yearly review, the company would do ask employees to discuss areas of improvement. And each time, I would say the same thing - "just keep doing what you are doing". In other words, its difficult to critique something that you truly believe is working so well.
