Pros
This is one of the best companies to work for. They pay well and maintain work life balance. I am the tech head of the company and my work involves roaming around and cracking jokes(which won't sound funny to a mentally healthy person). I know it's pretty boring but I don't know what else I should be doing. See how easy it is! I earn close to what 10 engineers earn and I have maintained a perfect culture in this company by not working and not letting any one work. There are so many positives about this company. First of all, you don't have to care about coding. I will get it done from some fair performers in the team. You can stay relaxed and have as many sutta breaks as you like. I give you my word nothing wrong will happen to you. But it comes with a responsibility. If you don't laugh at my anecdotes it will be really unfair and I will take it as a slight. This company always makes excellent decisions like hiring people like me. If you are a coder, you should definitely try us. Not only will you survive but also excel. However, I don't like people who work too much as they spoil the relaxed atmosphere I have maintained. So stay away if you are passionate for your work. Whenever I think I don't understand the requirements, I just call a meeting, then we are on the same page. I don't have much expectations but we have to satisfy upper management. My fair performing resources do that task well. Rest of us can relax and enjoy free snacks in the evening. sometimes people blame me for delayed releases. So,occasionally I find scapegoats, put the blame on them and enjoy snacks. Afterall releases are not my responsibility and no one should expect that from me. sometimes I think what good am I for the company but I just reject such negative thoughts and concentrate on cracking jokes and enjoying snacks.
