Pros
The first thing you acknowledge at ClickMechanic is how great the people are. And this spans out from all sectors of the business as there is a real inclusiveness involved which no one can deny and managers try to promote. So the culture is great here. The next thing I would say is that they provide room for growth in this company, but you get what you give and it's about being honest with yourself and your colleagues/managers what you can provide and where value is added/needed. The company is continuously growing - it's very exciting seeing the heights that ClickMechanic plans to reach and being apart of that process where your ideas will be heard.
Cons
Because it's still a start-up environment - it's naturally more difficult at times and can feel like you're on a hamster wheel, but when you step back after making changes and as a collective voicing your opinion, it's satisfying to look at where you have moved on. The job requires stamina and patience at times, and the ability to look beyond what we currently have - but to what we want to achieve.
