      Pros

      Aprendizaje continuo: Te apoyan con material, cursos y certificaciones para seguir creciento profesionalmente Actividades internas: Muy seguido se tienen diferentes tipos de actividades para mejorar la relacion entre trabajadores, se hacen dinamicas muy entretenidas y eso hace que se haga mas ameno el trabajar ahi. Proyectos retadores: Se trabajan con proyectos de todo tipo, tanto en el area de desarrollo como en el area de DevOps siempre hay buenos proyectos y siempre hay algo nuevo que aprender.

      Cons

      No encuentro desventajas internas, simplemente tener en cuenta que trabajar con equipos de diferentes partes del mundo puede ser dificil las primeras veces en lo que te acostrumbras... pero es un buen reto para crecer profesionalmente.

      Pros

      Have a lot of people with different cultures, and they are very fun. The support for your career at this company it's impressive, they supply you with all that it's necessary to grow and they are very preoccupied with your feelings and health. The clients are exigent with your job but this is normal and I never had any problem with them.

      Cons

      Until the moment, nothing. Everything looks great!
