      Product is great, people are really smart and the community is huge

      Cons

      American culture, no respect for time zones, no people focused managers, lots of people came from the same company (Elastic) and they seem to be the only ones who thrive

      Pros

      * Fast growing company with upwards trajectory. There have been multiple funding rounds in a short period of time * Engineering has the freedom to create with minimal disruption

      Cons

      * Demanding culture, especially with AI. Easy to get burned out * Virtually no attempt for socialization. Very odd -- it's all business and no fun.
