      Pros

      I joined Click&Boat as my first job after graduation and I fully recommend for the following reasons: - Trust and room for growth in your scope and tasks - Very good team spirit and work environment - Healthy management style - International and dynamic environment

      Cons

      Because this is a specific seasonal business and that the company remains rather small (150 people), depending on the team you work in, not everyone can have the opportunity to stay long term.

      Pros

      The office is on a boat. Everyone is friendly, happy environment. Intensive training and a lot to learn.

      Cons

      The high season can be overwhelming, so much work especially on unautomated processes.
