Pros

The location is in Tribeca which is fun. Most of the team members are fresh out of undergrad and don’t have much experience and have a strong desire to collaborate.

Cons

No clear vision by C-Suite. Lack of transparency. The company is failing and the employees are obvious. Their leading commercial product is hard to sell. It’s unclear how they are doing to deliver profit when non of the products compare to other software treatments. Women are paid less than men. Pay is less than industry average and benefits are really expensive. Removed unlimited PTO policy. Forced teams into the office during the height of the pandemic without any regard for public safety which is laughable as a healthcare company.

Pros

Great mission-orientated culture with a nice balance of putting 'patients first' while also being a successful company. Creating the first ever FDA approved app to treat depression is a big deal and I am very proud to work at Click. I really feel like we are creating a whole new sector of medicine and improving the world!

Cons

Company can often feel like a rocket ship with work-life balance being a bit tough at times, but it is also very rewarding.

Pros

- Some great colleagues - Unique and interesting industry - Decent pay/benefits - Team offsites and company events

Cons

- Lack of transparency and information only given on a need to know basis - Lack of direction and focus on tempoary hype as opposed to lasting substance - Strict RTO policy and monitoring (ex. checking building badge swipes) - Stack ratings and political review process - Layoffs and sudden departures of high level employees - Execs all in on the AI kool-aid (ex. Pretty sure they think that all job functions can now be replaced with "AI agents")
