Pros
Nothing, although you will have a better but at the same time your other costs will increase as you will not be able to do things which you can do yourself
Cons
Simple term - No work life balance Longer version - > The company is completely unstable, they will just restructure the organization like it is a game, been here for 1year and 6 months and my reporting manger has been changed 6 times! >In sales, you will have to cater chats which comes on website for 2 hours, sounds easy right ? now what about catering this chats on Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and also on public holidays and out of your working time zone ? > Coming on to working timezone - if you have joined for Indian market you will work for 9-6 for 1 week (as you will have to learn about the product first) after 1 week they will ask you to attend chat in the morning 6 am- 8am, could be 8pm -10pm and remember this slot will be assigned on weekends and holidays as well. > Once you are not able to achieve target, which obviously will not happen for any person who is handling just Indian market (because they have set the same price as those of developed countries) you will ask your manager to assign leads of US , UK as well and from now you have to be virtually present around 14-15 hrs > Hire and fire rule - They will relieve you without informing you (and this has literally happened) > CEO will say openly in the Internal office chat, who wants work life balance can leave the company and at the same time if you do not achieve your targets even for 1 month, they will start threatening you even if you would have overachieved for the past 6 months. > HR is just useless to be honest, not a single policy is towards benefits of employees > Apart from this even their development team is worst because every leaves the organization understanding the culture and those who remain thinks that they are untouchable and will act like that.
